I will escalate and get my daughter justice. I will not let this be, it has not been 30 days since she had this car. Now no one will answer my calls or pick up the phone. They call me to pick up the car we pick it up and bring it home and the oil is leaking worse. James Valadez manager finally Marcus calls me saying they will fix this this one time. You con them thinking they are selling you a great car and once it’s sold, mind you she paid in full, over $7k. When I tried speaking to James Valadez he said it basically was her fault for buying a used car with a lot of miles on it. After another week we noticed an oil leak, took it back in and they confirmed it has an oil leak and were charging her $800 to fix, they obviously sold her a lemon of a car. After a week of having it the oil gauge still didn’t work she took it back in they fixed it and wanted to charge her. ![]() Before driving off the lot her dad noticed oil gauge didn’t work sales manager James Valadez said it should start working if not bring it back. Calling her after a week saying car is good to go and able to be sold to her. They kept it for a week after taking her cash amount. She went into freedom Chevrolet with her hard earned money and purchased a used car thinking she could trust this dealership who told her they would ensure the car was in good working condition to sell. My daughter is a 20year old female serving her county as a US army soldier.
